Yasser AlSalman

Yasser AlSalman is the Chief Executive Officer of Tiba Group, bringing over 20 years of rich experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and General Administration to the position. Additionally, he is a partner and Executive Director at Najiz for Execution Co W.L.L., where he plays a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.

As CEO, Yasser oversees the organization’s core functions, with a focus on Business Development Administration, Finance, Accounting, Internal Auditing , IT, Compliance, and Human Resources.

Before his tenure at Tiba Group, Yasser served as the Director of HR and Organizational Development at Arab Insurance Group (Arig). He has also held key HR roles at Zain Telecommunication Company and Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco), further establishing his expertise in the industry.

Yasser holds both an MBA and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Bahrain, where he graduated with honors. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of London, underscoring his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Additionally, he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the author of The Dynamics of Human Resources: A Journey into the Noble Practice of Managing Human Capital, a notable contribution to the field of HR.
