Taiba manages the legal team and she has many years of experience gained from working at several law firms as well as the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf.
- She worked in the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs in the position of legal researcher in the technical office of the Court of Cassation in the Supreme Council of Judiciary for the processing and preparation of appeals.
- Licensed as a mediator in civil, commercial, criminal, and Sharia matters by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs, and registered as an accredited mediator with the ministry.
- She holds a private executor's / Bailiff license from the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf.
- She worked in the Civil Appeals Courts in the Proceedings section related to the cases and the sentencing.
- She worked in esteemed several legal law firms as a lawyer & legal consultant and was able to practice the profession of law practically and worked in all of the different fields of law preparing all kinds of civil, commercial and criminal proceedings, and also had experience in preparing responses and defense briefs, pleadings and appeal slates and preparing appeals for discrimination.
- She worked in several lawyers and legal consultations offices, they had experience as former judges in the Constitutional Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Taiba completed a Master's degree from the University of Applied Sciences with honours and she holds Bachelor degree in law from the same university with honours as well. Taiba Holds an Associate Diploma in Law from the College of Law at the University of Bahrain, also studying the Advanced Diploma in Islamic Financial Transactions at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). She had also obtained many certifications in the establishment of commercial companies, challenging discrimination against civil and criminal judgments, labour rental disputes, administrative sector regulation law, jurisdiction rules and others.
